Very appaling service

For the whole week I have been struggling with the stupid error message where in the middle of viewing I am blocked and informed to stay tuned. This is such an inconvinience and very irritating. The call centre is flippend unable to resolve this stupid problem once and for all. The calling causes unncessary expenditure from my side. I am so disgusted like you can never imagine, I pay them regurlarly I do not deserve such service
