I am so Disappointed with the poor service I have been receiving from Multichoice. I have been a loyal client for years now and when I reported that my decor was not working..no one is able to assist me. I have been without service but still paying my monthly subscription. I have been calling and going to the store for some assistance but no one has helped. This is no way to treat a client. I am not at all impressed by the level of service from such a huge company.
