I am frankly off @ your service, on the 7th i called in to upgrade my package to find it was an utter waste of my time, i emailed Toptv on Monday telling them that i am not interested in the upgrade and can those channels be removed, and today my subscription has been disconnected!!! Its either my dish gets re-connected today or refund my R169 that has been paid for July subscription. I have had way to many problems with the service i have received from Top tv. I am contemplating changing to DSTV almost certain they value their clients. I spent my airtime calling and calling yet still no assistance.
