I am at my witts end as to what to do with your financial department. I have been waiting for confirmation on a refund of about R790 since mid-July and have called in no fewer than 5 times in the last 2 months to find out what the delay is. I have 3 reference numbers for calls where I did take them down, then at least 2 other calls where I did not. I also have the names associated with the person I spoke to for these ref numbers.
I spend a small fortune for my DSTV package each month and maybe your service is so bad because you know that there is no competition for you, but this is really pathetic. Each time I call I have to go through your call centre which means waiting at least 15 minutes in your queue before I get to speak to anyone. Add another 15 minutes to that when I do finally get through to someone, means you can average a call at 30 minutes each (for my account). Multiply that 30 minutes by 5 calls and that is 2 and half hours of my time wasted on the phone. Add another 20-30 minutes for the email I just sent and you have officially wasted 3 hours of my time and I am still no further ahead than I was in July.
