The toilets at Maponya Mall, especially the ones next to Ster Kinekor are dirty, have a bad smell and broken!!
I dont understand if the management does regular visits and/or check-ups on these toilets. Were are the managers that are suppose to check if the toilets are clean, smell good and are in a proper working condition??
I am not writing based on a single visit, the reason i am now complaining its because i've been there several times now and i'm welcomed by the same situation all the time. My last visit was on Tuesday (26 March 2013). This is really bad and sick of Maponya Mall. Since they don't look after the hygiene of these toilets, it sure means they don't care about us.
The urinals are dirty, stained, smelly & broken. The floor is dirty, these are a few i can mention.
If this don't get better then I will take it further, because i cant afford to find myself having to go to Southgate whilest there's a mall around my neighbourhood.
This is a health hazard and is unacceptable of this WORLD-CLASS MALL..
I hope it improves substantially
