TAKING MORE THAN A MONTH TO UPDATE MY ACCOUNT!!

I went to pay my installment on the 25/10/2013 at 14:15 by a service provider (PEP Store) which multichoice said they are a very trusted payment center and that the monies paid through this modem reflects immediately onto their account "Motto pay your account and updated immediately" My monthly installment is due on the 25th of every month and this is the method I've been using ever since I connected to DSTV, now they had a problem with their payments reflecting and this is not me as the customers problem but it became mine as my service was cut and I was charged extra on the reactivation. I then proceeded to change to debit order with regards to my multichoice account, I did not want to do this because I prefer not to pay bank charges. On the 25th of November 2013 multichoice deducted an amount of R1 193.00 this not being the agreement as my monthly installment is R625.00 of which every other month I've been paying R650.00 meaning they were only meant to deduct R546.00. I called last week the 27th were by they assured me this discrepancy would be rectified on Friday the 29th of November 2013 and to date nothing has been resolved as I am still awaiting feedback "POS Failure"
