I went to Parow ster kinerkor on the 21/01/2014 at 18.16 and when we got to the counter no one was present to attend to us and when one of the staff finally took note they tried getting the attention of another lady i presumed was to attend to us but because I knew we were already abit late for the movie i tried getting her attention politely but then the Attitude started. At the till we try ordering 2 large popcorns but were told that they only have medium available... on a Tuesday evening really! I tried using the complaints & compliments machine and was spied on by the staff member to check what I was writing and then told her but still did Jack about it, Why ask then?? Parow ster kinekor and wont be back ever!!!
