Shocking appalling attitude

I would like to bring to your attention the appalling service received yesterday Sunday 19th January at your N1 City Branch (Cape Town) from a gentleman just before or after 13h00 at counter 15. My partner and I took in our decoder tried extremely hard to explain to the very arrogant, highly egotistical gentleman behind the counter what the problem is, it is so disheartening that we left without an answer and feeling so belittled and insulted. He was so condescending to say the least and refused to "listen" at one stage I even told him "If you give me a chance to explain first before you answer perhaps you will understand what I am asking you..."

Shocking disgusting and very sad to see and realise how one rotten apple can spoil the entire bunch. Upon leaving he looks up at us all smirk and he hears and sees our body language in complete disbelief at the service we just received not even an attempt to correct things or get up and apologize and at least ensure we leave feeling satisfied.
