We went to hunger games on opening night and received dismal service. There was no slush puppies and because of the new entry system we were late entering the movie.
I made a complaint on Facebook and was asked my contact details. To date, I have not heat from anyone despite a few more messages to enquire when someone would get a hold of me.
As I mentioned previously what's the point of having all these services available if you are unable to administer them efficiently? And no slush puppies on opening night of a MAJOR movie?
And then no response from you to my complaint. As I mentioned on my third Facebook post about jot having heard back from you, I will now be taking my own snacks into the movie since your are unable to provide a service you advertise.
