We are pensioners and have invested in DSTv as our only form of entertainment. We purchased an Explora about 4 months ago and on several occasions have tried to use the Box Office facility, with no luck - it says there is a technical error! With a brand new system?! Calling a call centre results (when we eventually get through) in being shunted from one department to another, but still no joy. Taking it to a local agency would result in it being sent away for about 3-4 weeks; not on, sorry! Taking it to a DSTv is also not on as Jo'burg or Durban each are about 360kms away - financially not viable! Have resorted to sending email and we tried the method we were sent, still no joy! Getting to the end of our tethers here! My latest ploy is to suggest they close our old Box Office account, which was opened when we had the old system, and start from scratch using a new account. Re-booting seems to work most times for other technical stuff, so let's hope it works with Multichoice!
