With regards to my previous complaint, it does not mean that if a call centre called me that the issue is sorted! I still cannot vies channels and the agent said they will send a technician soon and nothing!!! Also, we got a message from TOPTV saying if we are still experiencing issue that we must sms 40003 and someone will call in 24 hours. 24 hours is long gone and nothing!!! you guys are the most irritating, unprofessional people I have dealt with and I guess you guys will still bill us fully at the end of the month as you guys have no ethics. I will get advise on this as I do not believe we should be paying the full amount if we are not receiving channels and getting no assistance!!! What! Time to change from this junk!
