I contacted the service support center for help regarding an error message for sending emails- I held for 15 mins and finally spoke to a technician who then put me on hold for 35mins and never came back to me. I phoned again and held another 30 min and then was told that I was at the wrong department and she put me through to the correct department, I held another 45mins and finally gave up. I tried sending sms as instructed by the messages whilst I was holding, I sent the sms to 0123210212 along with the 10 didget error message only to receive a message back "the reported number is not part of the Telkom number range!!! How am I going to fix my problem, when the telecommunication company is unable to communicate with its customers!!!
