Well as per the rest of ALL the complaints on here mine is exactly the same, the service offered by StarSat / Top TV is pathetic since the change over and as a result I am going to also cancel my business with you and move on to a more reputable company where I will actually get service & signal. I deserve to get what I am paying for but instead of this you call into a call center where phone calls dont get answered, you sms for technical support and no one ever comes back to you, you never have a problem with the signal on the foreign channels but perminent faults on the english channels - amazing how that happens?? And then the information & programms are always wrong... what works with starsat??? Funny you can remember to sms my husband for payment 3 x days prior to month end but you dont know our number to contact me to give me the service that is currently non existent. Someone needs to call me urgently so I may follow the correct procedure in cancelling my services with you -today!!!
