Yet again dstv tops the charts for world worst service. Since December last year i have been having issue with dstv and just seems to be on going, when will it ever end. My services have been disconnected 3 times since December and every time i have to call in and waste atleast 2 hours or more on the phone just to sort out the problem. I'm paying for a service which I'm not using and they still cannot sort it out and they even wanna bill me even more. The service consults have no understanding and every time i call in they put me on hold for 15 min just to have a look at my account. When i ask for a call back from a supervisors, i can only wish someone will ever call. I had enough of wasting my time and money with dstv, you call me!!!
Everytime i call its always a system problem, fix your systems. Still waiting for my call back from sibosiso.
