Please can someone explain to me how computicket wants to charge me a 100% penalty because I would like to change my tickets for a show, shift it one day forward. They claim that its because the show is in 7 days, however, when I booked it it was within 7 days already. Why is it that can buy a ticket within 7 days of the show but can't change it within 7 days. THIS IS A CASE FOR THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT. GROSS INJUSTICE.
