My signal went off at midnight on the 25th since the 26th I have called the call centre 9 or 10 times I have spoken to three supervisors and was told 3 times that I would be called back this had not happened it is the 27th 21.12 and my tv still had no signal.im fed up I want my money back and you can have your top tv box back I rather deal with a provider who cares about their clients.
