On 23/12/2013 at 19:30 we were meant to watch a show. the whole experience was horrible.
the person helping was chit chatting while we were waiting to be served, then he walked away without advising why with our ticket and change. when he returned he insisted that he had given us change.
to add salt to the wound the show started 45min later because there were apparently "technical" issues.
in the interim the same person isnsisted we not eat and drink and be on our phones... what were we supposed to do whilst waiting.
what a horrid experience and we will not be going back to southgate ever.
