I think you guys have a brilliant concept with your self help terminals when it comes to making bookings. help you if you need to make a manual booking, oh my word what a painful experience. I recently had the displeasure of waiting on 2 accounts. One, I had won a complimentary ticket (thank you for this) and wanted to redeem it for a midday show yesterday. There was one lady there who could help, she was busy helping someone get a movie club card. I kid you not, it took her close on 30 mins to do this, come on, honestly, it cannot take that long, by the time she could help me, my movie had already started, so I went to train at the gym and came back for the next show to have to wait again for similar reasons. It took me 15 mins to be served and then I waited for a further 25 mins. to by a Slush and Wine Gums. Now I arrived at 1.30 pm and managed to walk into my movie Despicable Me 2 and sit in my seat at 2.15 pm. Should it have taken me that long??? I don't think so - are you trying to tell me I need to come an hour before the time to make up for poor s l o w service, I am starting to understand why DVDs and home entertainment systems have become such a big hit!!!
