Struggled 2 weeks for installation. Finally when it was installed we watched for 2 days then the problems started.we paid everything in full then we could only watch sabc 1 2 3 and etv.we phoned them twice and made sure that they received payment and both times they said yes they did receive payment but the problem is that they are busy with upgrades. So on Sunday 23rd of December we phoned and asked how long and they said it will be done Sunday night. So monday morning we woke up and still just sabc 1 2 3 ans etv.this morning 24th of December we phoned and then they told us that they didn't receive payment.they gave us the wrong banking details.so where is our money and who will take responsibility?
