I have been trying to call the DSTV Call centre for the last hour, i have been holding for interval of 20 minutes, 7 minutes and so on. DSTV' s customer care is poor and I think it's beacuse these people couldn't care any less about customers since there isnt muc competition for DSTV.
Whether we get poor service or not, they don't care cause hey i guess we are not going anywhere!!! this is ridiculous.
