I TRAVELED 486KS FROM PRETORIA TO THABA NCHU AND had whad would classify as the worst service at naledi sun. i had booked for the 14th and 15th of december 2013 with resevation no 64916 (william mokua) ROOM 216. The sheets were torn which i took pictures of, the hotel did not have water DUE TO WATER PREASURE PROBLEM and the there are only seven tv channels which are sabc 1, 2, 3 one movie channel, one discovery channel one sports channel and e tv. i paid R800 per night with no break fast which is at an additional 125 per person, and their conpetition black mount hotel was charging R700 per night with breakfast included... what a rip off... i strongly feel that sun international has niglected that hotel and as a guest they do not care and just want your money... how ever the staff was so warm and i wonder how do they cope in such a big name and reputation, but with such conditions... that is not what you preach... WORLD CLASS SERVICE... IS IT BECAUSE THIS IS IN THABANCHU THE MOSTLY AFRICAN RESIDENCE? THIS IS SO BAD AND WISH NOT TO VISIT A SUN INTER NATIONAL HOTEL EVER AGAIN...
