Greetings
I have an overdue amount that keeps on carrying over monthly and that was added erroneously at some stage after it was thought or registered late on the system that I made a payment, I am not at all happy about this as I have made numerous calls to the center and was told that it will clear and that could have been about 4 to five months back.
May you please rectify this prolonged ailment or advise as to which channel to pursue to have this rectified immediately as all my previous attempts have been in vain.
I am on the compact subscription and have been paying R300 instead of R275 monthly in fear of my services being terminated and another connection fee instituted.
