Poor overall experience

I had an extremely bad experience at Brooklyn last Saturday afternoon. The first issue I had was that the aircons were not working or working properly and it was extremely hot outside the cinemas. The second issue I had was at the food and drink counter. There was no diabetic coldrink available, this is discrimination as my girlfriend is diabetic and can only have sugar free. There is usually only coke zero available but this time there was none. I suggest you have a second sugar free drink such as sprite zero in case the one runs out. The third issue was the payment, I paid by card and the first time the transaction I thought went through because it prompt for my pin and I entered my pin then your system came up with an error but there was no decline slip printed on the machine. I was reluctant to pay again as I know when I enter my pin that the payment will go through. Then the manager came to assist and I used a different card, again I entered my pin and it said approved please remove card, and then your system gave an error. The manager then said I need to pay again, I refused as I said I have already paid twice, and now my bank statement shows its now gone through twice.
