We have installed DSTV in two additional rooms at our Lodge in October 2013.
Unfortunately Multi-Choice seems to be under the impression that we don't need the extra magazines for the upgraded rooms.

I have been phoning the Customer Care number from October and every time Frans assures me that we will receive our magazine on Monday or next Thursday, or maybe anytime "next" week, well we are still waiting and it is now December.

Can someone please phone me back regarding this matter?
I am getting tired of holding on for /- an hour with each phone call.
