On 26/3/2013 I wrote a report about Multichoice asking for feedback on a survey and then deducting money from your Cell Phone when you complete the survey. On 27/3/2013 Abigail called me from Multichoice and promised she will give me feedback about the issue, no feedback was received from her and on 30/4/2013 I complained about the NO feedback. I got a reply that it is long weekend and they can only give feedback on 2/4/2013. THERE WAS 2 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE LONG WEEKEND. I decided to wait and see what happened. It is a month later and still NO feedback.

Multichoice think if you keep quiet, the issue will go away. I will not stop complaining about this!!!

Another outstanding service issue of Multichoice: In the beginning of the year they started to convert Kyknet from 4:3 to 16:9. They promised it will be finished the 1st February 2013. 3 months later and they are still not completed.

The HDMI issue is outstanding for 5 years now, every year they promise it will be fixed next year. Next year has come and go for 4 years now.

If you are a day late with your payment, they cut your service, but their issues can be outstanding for years
