There i go to watch movies with my husband and 4kidz and while were standing in line to buy our tickets we noticed that some people were complaining about not getting their tickect and were given a piece of paper with seats numbers written on it. When our turn came we were also given that piece of paper and we enquire on why we are not getting a printed ticked like the couple before us Dineo said her printer is not working. I asked for the manager as was told he is busy smoking. And we proceded to buy popcorns and i saw the manager and went to him to show him the paper and he said he will deal with Dineo. But to my amazement on sunday i went to watch another movie with just hubby alone and what we saw and heard was totally shocking. Dineo was selling tickets again and when one customer complained about the paper with seats written on it she called Joseph. The manager and He had a nerve to tell the paying customer to relax as they do this to make some extra cash on the side even their head office is aware of this. I went up and tell him that this is he said to no maam we are not we are helping ourselves its xmas time we need a little bonus. It was SHOCKING
