I phoned Pretoria zoo on the 12th July to make an enquiry on venue booking for kiddies party, I requested to speak to Johannah Moeng as she is one of the responsible people according to their website. when I told her that I wanted to make an enquiry on venue hire for my twins birthday, she told me to speak quickly as she have a meeting to go to. I told her that I will send her an email then as she was in a hurry. I sent an email the very same day, requesting venue hire booking forms. I received a read receipt but till today I never had any response from her. I really wanted to have my twins birthday at the zoo, but I received bad service. As for the attitude from Johannah, I am very much disappointed because now I am busy running around looking for another venue.
