I recently emailed the above mentioned company for my FINCHOICE statement, Johannah seshibe emailed me the statement, what shocked me was the charges charged on the statement. They charged me for emails their claim they have sent to me, phone calls and smsess. The most disgusting part is that they charged me for asking them to send me my statement and they charged me for calling them. I asked her to send me proof of all they claim, she didnt respond.i called the company and i asked for her manager, his name is WillieA whom i have emailed numerously and i copied johannah on every email i sent to her manager. Guess what... he hasnt responded at all. And now when i call them am being told their busy. AM sick of their rubbish and I WILL NOT GIVE UP.They know they didnt do any of what they claim, all i want is for them to send me a correct statement. And who ever is going to respond, better not say"we will investigate and get back to you"cause i gave Johannah and willie enough time to fix my statement.if not we will meet in court.
