As of the 28 November 2013 (last week Thursday), I have had no TOP TV service due to a Security problem 11 which nobody at TOP TV's call centre know what it means and their IT is still trying to crack the code/problem (LOL).
I have called every single day from last week Thursday, call durations were between 25 to 55 mintues. Everyday there are different team leaders, Sifiso, Simphiwe, Brown and today Martha whom is still getting back to me.
I still have not had any joy or service in this regard.
I expect a full refund from the 28/11/2013.
Also if they were sincere they would compensate us, for example issue us with a temporary / different smart card whilst they diagnose the problem.
On this basis I will be switching to DSTV in the near future.
