I Think maybe you should change your advert that says the installation is "free" or perhaps add the line "depends where you are/ less than 50kms... But that would stil not make sense... I went to Multichoice in Uitenhage and they told me I have to pay R200 for petrol because I was not staying around? They then sent me to OK furnitures to go buy it there if I do not want to pay the R200 which I did... To me if your advert says its a free installation then maybe I should have been allowed to purchase at Multichoice in Uitenhage then for installation they should have contacted a Multichoice that is close to my area to come install it... worse thing is I dont even stay that far to be charged R200 for petrol, it takes me 20min to travel to work (uitenhage) everyday!!!
