Poor Customer service not willing to Escalate

5 yrs back i bought a DSTV Decorder, i was residing in a block of flats where the building initially had their original Dish on top, on the 26 of July 2013 i moved into a new house and called Multichoice for installation of the Dish, i was given a number to contact where i was advised that i will be charged R650 for the installation, according to my Knowlegde when you buy the DSTV installation is done for free as a package, my concern is i never and ever requested for installation Multichoice should have that information on their side, i send an email inquiring if this was fair, i was contacted by an agent called Thato on the 9th of Aug and she made me repeat myself 4-5 tyms as she lacked attention to detail, i then requested to speak to her Supervisor- i Spoke to Thabiso who just went on and on telling me about their protocol, business rules etc..i requested for him to escalate and put and invistigation if ever my DSTV dish was ever connected by their Contractors or not, i advice him im sitting with no service for 2 weeks due to this, i begged for assistance, i looked like a fool to him as he went on and on saying just pay the ammount for installation..im very angry about this..its not fair!!
