After reading all the negative reports I can just say my dealings with Starsat was just positive. I received my new decoder and Yothen spend more than 30 minutes on the phone guiding me with the installation. Every time I phoned they promised to phone me back and not once did they go back on their promise. I hope my transfer to the new R199.00 package will go just as smoothly
