I took out a temporary loan earlier this month and the repayment term is 31 days. Today, being the 21, the last funds were taken out of my account. When I queried this and asked the guy helping me how I am supposed to get through to the end of the month, I was told that it's the SYSTEM and that I should have been aware of the terms and conditions. According to the terms and conditions, any monies deposited into your account is taken as a repayment of the loan. Fair enough, but it still seems unethicle.
So, with me being a single mom, and finances already being a big problem, they don't care because... it's the system.
I want to bank with a bank that cares, and doesn't blame it on the system.
