After i was at the depo the installer check my system and found that the lnb is not working. I phone the Florida call centre and speak to a lady Lerato that told me the lnb is cover and i can go to depo get new lnb. She even confirm it with her supervisor Kabelo. Today there nothing on system that i call in just show you do not put it on the system and then give false info because then you can not go back on it.

I get there can not do it now i get told sorry is wrong info. Sorry for the petrol you wasted you have to pay yourself for it.

Wonder if i do a false payment if you also will just take a sorry and move on.

And if you call the call center they keep interrupting you do not listen what you say to them after you told 5 times the same story specially Sibusiso Gaula i was cross had to sit down and ask my disable wife to speak to him and even did the same to my wife

I think you do it because you got the monopoly you do not care you are useless
