Website gives false information

I was two days late with my payment, so I paid via Nedbank EFT. The website says that it will reflect within 15 minutes, it has been 12 hours. This is the URL [URL Removed] We phoned the call centre, coul not speak to anyone at existing custmers. So we pretended to be new customers to speak to a person, and not the automated system. She admits that the website is wrong and we have to wait another 24 hours and check again if it is connected.
