Yesterday on the 27th of November 2013 I went to stir kinekor @ cresta. I was first helped by a friendly gentleman who helped me purchase my movie ticket. Then the nightmare started when I went to buy pop corn and a drink, I was served by a lady by the name of *Nyanya Modise* I even kept the slip she served me with. I greeted her and she wasn't friendly @ all, then I asked her how much were pop corns and a coke and she answered with an attitude, then I asked her not to put ice on my coke and she didn't acknowledge me @ all. Then she put the coke next to me, seeing that she's not acknowledging anything that I say to her then I asked just to confirm if she did put the ice on the coke and her response was and I quote: " Angithi uthe awufuni ama ice ku cold drink yakho so angiwafakanga ke" in english that means " You said u don't want ice in your cold drink so I didn't put them". I was shocked and I asked her if she was angry or something and she said she wasn't she was just tired. I've never seen such an appalling service, ever. I bought the tickets when the movie was about to start so I didn't want to cause a scene but I need something to be done about the bad service I received at t
