I sent an e mail requesting 4 tickets to see Andre the Hypnotist on the 22nd November for myself and three other guest which i was so looking forward to and my guest as well on the 12/11/2013 i got a confirmed e mail stating that my tickets have been booked and i must just go collect them, much to my disgrace when i got there with my guest i was told that no tickets where allocated for me and they could not let us in. just want to say thanks for nothing and my guest left Carnival as they where not willing to spend there money at Carnival due to the lack of service i got, thanks for making me look like a real.
