Made a booking with merchant for Friday 16h00.
When we got there (suppose to be a suprise for my husband) we were told that they are fully booked & that there are no space for us.
The merchant place was disgustingly dirty. Old Spur food lying around, dirty glasses, no receptionist. The list goes on!!!
I have reported this to Groupon this morning & Ive been promised that I will be refunded.
If I look at the complaints about Groupon, I dont know if I will be refunded - Will just wait & see.
But Groupon, take note: As soon as I'm refunded I'm removing my details from your mailing list & I will tell all my friends ( & whoever else) about this experience.
Dont phone me, because a phone call wont help.
Refund me & then leave me alone
