No kids seat for a children's movie, unlight cinema during seating before start of movie, screened incorrect format of 3D movie so no one was able to watch the movie, had to phone customer service via my mobile to final get assistance, they had to restart the movie. When notified cinema management of problem, they passed the buck, had to speak to 3 people before final straw last management person slammed door in my face.
