Dissapointed at Cinecentre Policy

Please note that I booked 2 tickets for the 17.45pm showing of parental guidance on the 23rd of feb 13 but could not make the movie due to me being grid locked in the city traffic due to the bafana game for hours. I phoned the cinecentre number 2 times from my cellphone on route to suncoats to have the ticket moved to a later show but was told that the policy is that I must come before the movie starts to move the ticket. If I could do that I would be able to make the show however due to gridlock this was humanly and physically impossible. All i want is a refund or a change of date so i didnt have to loose out on my tickets. However this is the reponse i got from Cinecentre when i emailed them asking for just that "No re-instatements can be done over the telephone, via email, fax or any other means, other than at the cinema box office counter. For audit and control purposes, tickets are requested to be physically brought in at least half an hour before the show time, in order for them to be re-instated. We regret to inform you that since your tickets were not brought in, and the show time has passed, we will be unable to change your tickets for any other date or time" Dissappointed
