I am VERY disappointed in the PATHETIC service I received Yesterday and this morning again!!! 1. Yesterday I spent almost 90 minutes holding and then hang up as I it was wasting my money on my phone and my time. Because I was not helped I missed the Rugby and sport is the main reason for me having DSTV. 2. When I phoned this morning the call center picked up quicker but the attitude of the lady who helped was really very poor. She was busy helping me and then all of a sudden I was just placed on hold without her telling or informing me that she was placing me on hold then after about 5 min someone else picked up and I had to start the process all over again... ID, name... so once again the people in call center wasted my time and money. I am going to put this complaint on Hello Peter as well, I feel that the whole world should know how PATHETIC DSTV/Multichoice service is. DSTV is very quick to push up their prices but seem to be very slow in getting competent people to give customer service.
