Why Am I Still Waiting!

I logged a complaint direct with Multichoice on Monday 11th of November, Case Number 4281263,
re their miss management of my account, I am still awaiting some feedback and obviously for the situation to be fixed, needless to say I have received no information and or feedback apart from the system response.

For a company who prides themselves on customer service I can not believe how bad it actually is.
