After being promising to correct wrongful payment allocation from accounts and being asked to send correct documentation. the manager involved would not even return a mail to give progress even after 8 days.
the my service was disconnected and i called again, the call centre is so poor that they do not even know whom can help with these problems
i would suggest than no one pays DSTV by debt order, so that you can check your accounts all the time and this is not the first time i had problems with this company
