I pay my account on the 1st online by credit card. This month my payment was not accepted because my account showed R0 due. I queried this and received the following reply. "Greetings, Thank you for contacting [URL Removed] Support! Kindly note that a payment can only be made once an amount is due and not before. If you need further assistance, please reply to this email and include the entire email history so that we can easily view our past discussions of your support issue. Please note that email support is available during our normal business hours. Regards, [URL Removed] Support RE: 28591800 - [Email Removed] (#6560-358514885-5786)"
I have sent DSTV numerous emails without receiving a reply. Off course my account was suspended. DSTV. so much more INCOMPETENT. I cannot wait for the new Startimes TopTV, as I'm sure neither can thousands others.
