Dear Ster-Kinekor,

I am highly disappointed with your branch. I am a frequent user of Gateway cinema and this time I have just had no joy. I watched the 4.45pm movie at cinema 6 Khumba and left my wallet behind. I tried to call Ster-Kinekor on 031 5663092, and 5663091 and no one answers. I have tried from 9am to 2pm. As per the Information desk these numbers are your emergency lines. What sort of emergency's numbers are that!!! All I required was, to find out if the wallet was found by your employees, so that I can go head a do my cancellations with the bank.

What sort of branch, who is considered to be a classic, does not have customer service for lost and found. Could not any manager or receptionist pick up the phone and assist? Further yet, we need to call ticket line... I don't need to book a ticket, I need to speak to someone at the store.

You guys need to get your act together and try to understand what an emergency number is, better yet, look it up in the dictionary.
