I know this complaint is to no avail... just the same as all the other times I complained about this issue. t's simple... I bought a new dstv pvr decoder and got the drifta as a package deal, since I bought this PVR it has never been able to record... the drifta permanently has an error message stating that the service is scrambled... I have now been paying for months and months and complained to dstv about this and nothing has been done about my problems... I would now ask of dstv why they sold me faulty products and collect insurance on these products but I as the consumer have to put up with this??? and yes I have extra view too that I'm paying fo
