Why advise u work on weekends wen calls are not answered

I must say as much as we love DSTV their service on weekends are pathethic -- holding on on the line with a voice recoreding no person answering or taking care of ur quiery its just plain pathetic and irritating. My service were closed and it was not my fault cause I paid yesterday and they adviced they will be opened - I tried calling the call centre waited on the line for more than 10 minutes - remember iam using my cellphone here - I must say their service are just pathetic if u will keep a person on que for more than 10 minutes. Iam very unhappy felt like just moving. So
