Battled to get through to multichoice, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cellfone, rings 1-2times and goes dead. Phoned Box office, and we were told they are offline since this morning. WHY can't they just then answer their call centre lines and tell the people they are offline??? How are we, the public, supposed to know there is a problem. Common courtesy would go a whole way. Nobody will pay our money back for not be able to watch tv...
