OFFLINE, NO ASSISTANCE!!!

I phoned the call centre this morning to disconnect my holiday card. I was advised by the "friendly" call centre agent that their system is offline, I must phone back after ten for assistance. This is not acceptable!!! Why must I incur extra charges on my holiday card and an extra phone call where you have to hold for ever before you are put through to the "helpfull" staff.
