Terrible Service

My services were suspended deu to online payments not reflecting my account insted my id number only and my amd surname I correct payment method from December 2012 using the account number. I presented all proove to the Call Centre twice in November and again Decemeber I even went to branch in Mondoer and gave them the prove of payement from June to November 2012 my service was reconnected I even went to the brunch in Mode I called in today 30/01/2013 and now my line is cut off again requesting why I was told fax prove of of August and September again. Some one please help me! again and plus I pade for january and upgraded???

My question is what happened first time and the second time did they not get the faxes, did they not reconcile my account??? After I was promised it is sorted
Now I have to send proove again a third time, I escalated
the issue to Ricardo Biachs, I will fax the proove again to Ricardo Biachs the manager. I requested on reciept of my fax for them to cancel my line. Will I have to call in again in February and fax old proove of payments of 2012 again??? I don't think so I can do with mulitchoice terrible as no Terrible
